- In-depth knowledge of online shop management tools and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent command of online marketing techniques and sales strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure effective product and order management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality customer service.
- Passion for hardware and familiarity with technology products.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in a related field (preferred but not required).
