Position:

Online Hardware Shop Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Managing the entire product lifecycle on our online shop, including creating product listings, updating information, and optimizing content.
2. Monitoring market trends and customer needs to ensure an up-to-date and competitive product offering.
3. Collaborating with the marketing team to promote products through online communication strategies and sales campaigns.
4. Managing orders and logistics, ensuring timely product delivery and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
5. Providing support and assistance to customers through online chat, email, and phone.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in managing an online store or a similar role in the e-commerce industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of online shop management tools and e-commerce platforms.
3. Excellent command of online marketing techniques and sales strategies.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure effective product and order management.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality customer service.
6. Passion for hardware and familiarity with technology products.
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in a related field (preferred but not required).
